Please read these terms before placing an order with NFC Magic. By ordering from this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. About NFC Magic
NFC Magic supplies NFC-based products and accessories for magicians and mentalists. The website is operated as a small, UK-based business and orders are prepared with care by hand.

2. Products, compatibility and performance use
Product descriptions, photographs and compatibility notes are provided to help you choose the right item. Because NFC behaviour can vary between phones, operating systems, phone cases, settings and third-party apps, you are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended use before performance.
Any handling, scripting, performance ideas or routines shown on the website or in the supplied instructions are for guidance only. You remain responsible for how you use the product and for complying with any rules, laws or venue requirements that apply to your performance.
3. Personalisation and custom programming
Some products may be programmed, configured or personalised using information you provide, such as an Inject ID, WikiTest ID, Goo details or a custom redirect. Please check all details carefully before completing your order.
If incorrect details are supplied, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help, but if an item has already been made, programmed or posted, a replacement or re-programming may require an additional charge.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. NFC Magic does not store your full card details on this website.
5. Order acceptance
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. Your order may be refused or cancelled if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product error, or there is another reasonable reason why the order cannot be fulfilled. If that happens, I will contact you and refund any payment already taken for the cancelled item.
6. Delivery
Delivery prices and available services are shown during checkout and may differ depending on the destination and order value.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to postal services, customs, public holidays, incorrect address details or events outside my control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product or delivery price charged by NFC Magic.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
If you are a UK consumer, you usually have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, and then a further 14 days to return the goods. This right may not apply to items that have been personalised, custom-made or programmed to your specification, unless they are faulty.
To start a return or cancellation, email nfcmagicshop@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting me first, as this helps me confirm the correct return instructions and avoid delays.
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and safely packaged. Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. I recommend using a tracked service because you are responsible for the parcel until it arrives.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email nfcmagicshop@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos or a short description of the issue.
I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Digital content, instructions and third-party services
Some products rely on instructions, app settings, third-party apps or third-party websites. Third-party services are outside the control of NFC Magic and may change, become unavailable or require their own purchases, subscriptions or permissions.
Instructions and supporting materials supplied by NFC Magic are for your personal use. Please do not copy, publish, sell or share them without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
NFC Magic is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of bookings, loss of income, missed performances, reputational loss or issues caused by incorrect use, incompatible devices, third-party apps, poor phone signal, disabled NFC settings or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Privacy and cookies
Personal information provided during ordering or support is used to process your order, provide customer service and meet legal or accounting obligations. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Please only provide information that is accurate and necessary for your order.

12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
