Important Update: All Orders Now Sent with Tracked Delivery

Over the time I have been operating, I've had a number of international orders that haven't arrived within the expected delivery time. After dealing with several frustrating delays (for both myself and customers), I've made the decision to switch all orders - UK and international - to tracked delivery only via Royal Mail.

I completely understand that this makes postage a little more expensive, but the benefits far outweigh the extra cost. Tracked delivery allows me to provide you with real-time updates and peace of mind, knowing that your item is on its way and can be located at any point during its journey.

As a small, one-person business, I put a lot of care into every order I send out - from assembling each item by hand to packaging it safely. Unfortunately, when using untracked services like Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, or Standard International, there was no way to trace parcels if they went missing or were delayed. That often meant I had no way of helping customers once their order had left my hands.

By using tracked shipping, I can make sure your order reaches you safely and securely. It's the only way I can confidently guarantee that the items I make actually arrive with you.

As soon as I have posted your order, you'll get an email with the date and time it was posted, as well as the tracking number, so you can follow your order's journey until it reaches you.

Effective immediately, I now offer 2 options for UK shipping:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature @ £4.00
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature @ £5.50

And one option for international shipping:

• Royal Mail International (Tracked & Signed) @ £11.00

I should also point out that I don't make any profit from the postage cost - in fact, I actually subsidise it. The true cost of postage is slightly higher than what I charge, but I cover the difference myself to help keep costs as fair as possible.
