Returns & Cancellations

1. Before your order is dispatched

If you need to cancel or change an order, email nfcmagicshop@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been made, programmed or dispatched, NFC Magic will do its best to stop or amend it.

2. Standard cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer buying standard, non-personalised goods online, you usually have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to tell NFC Magic that you want to cancel. You then usually have a further 14 days to return the goods.

This right may not apply to items that are personalised, custom-made or programmed to your specification, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

3. How to return an item

Email nfcmagicshop@gmail.com before returning an item. Please include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and safely packaged. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for return postage. A tracked service is recommended because you are responsible for the parcel until it arrives.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email NFC Magic as soon as possible with your order number and photos or a short description of the issue. Where appropriate, NFC Magic will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Refunds

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked, or earlier where legally required. Refund processing times can vary depending on your card provider or payment service.
