How to raise a complaint about an order or service.

1. Contact NFC Magic first

Please email nfcmagicshop@gmail.com with your order number, the issue and what you would like NFC Magic to do. Photos or screenshots are helpful if the problem relates to a product, delivery, setup or fault.

2. What happens next

NFC Magic aims to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response as soon as reasonably possible. More complex issues may take longer if they require checks with a delivery provider, payment provider or supplier.

3. Possible outcomes

Depending on the issue, NFC Magic may offer setup help, a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate solution. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Alternative dispute resolution

NFC Magic is not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If this changes, this page will be updated with the relevant details.
