NFC Magic is a small UK-based business that supplies NFC-based products and accessories for magicians and mentalists.

Depending on how you use the site, NFC Magic may collect:

Payments are processed by Stripe. NFC Magic does not store your full card details on this website. Stripe may process payment and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy notices.

Personal information may also be shared with delivery providers, hosting providers, email providers, IT/security support, accounting/tax advisers and public authorities where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some service providers, including payment, hosting or email providers, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, NFC Magic expects those providers to use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

7. How long information is kept

Order, payment, delivery and accounting records are normally kept for up to 6 years after the end of the relevant tax/accounting period. Support messages, stock notification requests, reviews and technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the reason they were collected, business records, security, dispute handling or legal requirements.

8. Your rights

Subject to legal limits, you can ask to:

• restrict or object to certain uses;
